For a counter sign, use a 4 × 6 inch card. The standard card editor can export that page size or place a card on US Letter with crop marks. For repeated website labels, use Label sheets and choose dimensions, spacing, and margins. These are custom layouts, not pre-certified matches for a particular label stock.
Keep the paper settings consistent
The label exporter uses US Letter, 8.5 × 11 inches. Select the same paper in your print dialog and choose 100% or Actual Size. A Fit to Page option can change the label dimensions. Print on plain paper first, then compare the result with your label sheet before using adhesive stock.
Test what people will actually see
Check the title, scan the printed code, and make sure the correct destination opens. Use the phone and viewing conditions your visitors are likely to have. Keep the clear border around the code when trimming or placing artwork nearby. Test an art card after printing as well as its original digital image.
Fix the cause before scaling up
If a code is difficult to scan, try a larger label, a shorter destination address, or a standard high-contrast design. If labels drift across the sheet, revisit dimensions, gaps, margins, and printer scaling. Repeat the single-sheet check after a change, then print the larger run.
