Borealbit QRGive every column a clear name
Start with the downloadable CSV template. It contains SKU, Product name, and URL columns. Keep identifiers such as 001 as text when editing your spreadsheet. Use one header row, unique column headings, and the same number of fields in each record. The current batch tool accepts up to 200 records and 256 KB of UTF-8 CSV.
Bring the links you want to encode
Each row needs an existing HTTP or HTTPS website address. The tool does not invent links from SKUs or visit the destination to discover a product page. You can map any suitable column using the URL column selector. Missing or invalid links appear in the input checks before generation.
Decide how files and labels should be named
A filename or SKU column makes downloaded files easier to identify. If you select one, missing values and duplicated identifiers exclude all affected rows. Choose numbered filenames if you do not need a naming column. Duplicate URLs can remain as separate labels and receive a warning. For PDF titles, use English or Western European text, or leave the title column off.
Read the result, not just the count
The ZIP includes individual PNG and SVG codes, the labels PDF when any rows succeed, a cleaned CSV, and a report. Some rows can fail a print-size or title check even after basic input validation. Download the report, correct those source rows, and run the revised CSV. Generation checks every exported PNG against its intended payload; it does not certify a physical print.
